- What is Perfect AI?
- Perfect AI is an AI generation platform for sellers and entrepreneurs. You upload a photo, pick a template or write a prompt, and get a studio-quality visual in seconds. Beyond images, it also generates audio, video and avatars. Credits are prepaid in FCFA and paid by mobile money.
- How much does it cost?
- There is no subscription. You buy credits and spend them per generation: 1 credit = 1 FCFA. The minimum top-up is 100 FCFA, and the standard packs are 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 FCFA. The exact cost of a generation depends on the studio, the model and the quality tier, and is always shown before you confirm.
- How do I pay?
- Payments go through FedaPay, which accepts mobile money and bank cards in XOF. Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the confirmation comes from the payment provider itself — so a slow network does not lose your top-up.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. New accounts receive 100 FCFA of credits, unlocked once you confirm your WhatsApp number. That is enough to run your first generation and judge the result before paying anything.
- How long does a generation take?
- Between 1 and 7 minutes, depending on the studio and the model. You can close the tab: the work continues on the server, and a notification tells you when the result is ready.
- What happens if a generation fails?
- The credits are refunded automatically. A failed generation is retried once, and if it still fails the amount goes straight back to your balance — you never pay for a result you did not get.
- How long are my creations kept?
- Generated images stay available for 72 hours, and audio, video and avatar results for 24 hours. Download what you want to keep: after that window the file is removed from storage, though the record of the generation remains in your history.
- Do I own the visuals I generate?
- Yes. What you generate is yours to use commercially — product listings, social posts, ads. You remain responsible for the images you upload, which must be yours to use.
- Which languages does the interface support?
- French and English. You can switch at any time from the toggle in the navigation bar or the footer; the choice is remembered on your device.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. Perfect AI runs in the browser, on phone as well as computer. You can add it to your home screen to use it like an app and receive notifications when a generation finishes.
