    By accessing and using Perfect AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Subscriptions and Payments

    Perfect AI offers different subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Gold) billed monthly:

    • Payments are made via FedaPay.
    • Access to premium services is activated upon payment validation.
    • No Refunds: Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of AI generation services, no refunds will be issued once the service has been used.

    3. Use of AI Services

    Perfect AI provides tools based on artificial intelligence to transform your images.

    • The user is responsible for the images they upload to the platform.
    • Using Perfect AI to generate illegal, offensive content or content that violates the rights of third parties is strictly prohibited.

    4. Limitation of Liability

    While we strive to provide high-quality renders, Perfect AI does not guarantee that AI results will perfectly meet your expectations. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services or the technical unavailability of the server.

    5. Modification of Terms

    Perfect AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via the application interface or by email. Your continued use of the service after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
